About You

Code Climate operates in a very technology + developer-heavy space. You are a talented data driven Director, Customer Success that values delivering world-class reporting and analytics that impact and define how engineering organizations operate. You understand what it means to be a true partner with your customers. You have the experience and ability to go from navigating a technical call with a CTO, or VP of Engineering, to easily chatting with a customer champion about their day to day. You are a leader of people, not a manager. You take the time to understand what motivates and drives every member of your team and you are their biggest advocate. 

About the Role

The Director, Customer Success will report into the VP of the Customer Organization and will be responsible for developing and managing a team. You will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of CO programs to drive customer awareness, demand, and training for Code Climate’s Velocity product. You will work closely with our sales executives, operations, marketing, product, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer.
