You are a talented data driven Demand Generation Manager that can deliver world-class reporting and analytics that show how marketing programs impact revenue; define and track key metrics, and develop dashboards. You understand what it means to be a true partner with sales and sales development teams to develop a high touch marketing strategy that engages enterprise accounts and enables you to hit a 7 figure pipeline target. Your execution of ABM plans is flawless and you have mastered the tools and technologies to do it.
About the Role
The Head of Demand Generation will report into the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and managing our lead generation initiatives. You will be accountable for the strategy, development, and execution of lead generation programs to drive awareness and demand for Code Climate’s Velocity product. Through online and offline campaigns, you will directly impact the company’s revenue goals. You will work closely with our sales executives, sales operations, corporate marketing, and product teams in the development of the company’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.
